Prepare to be impressed with the Predator Z57 from Acer, one of their new gaming monitors

As part of CES 2024, Acer have revealed four new monitors that are coming to gamers across 2024, including one that is a massive 57 inch ultra-wide screen. From the four announced screens, only two have a release window and price.

Below are the details for all the screens, starting with the cheapest first.

The Predator X34 V3 is set to arrive sometime in Q2 2024, meaning April through June and has a RRP of $1,899.

Spec wise the screen sports a 34 inch screen, that delivers a resolution of 3440x1440 with up to a 240 Hz refresh rate and 0.01 ms pixel response time, ensuring gameplay is smooth and free of stutter and lag.

The Predator X39, which has yet to be given a release window or price, features much the same specs as the screen above, but the biggest update is that the screen is 39 inches across. Given the resolution, refresh rate and other specs are the same, I would imagine the price is going to be slightly more than the X34 V3 above.

The only other monitor to be given a release window and price is the Predator X34 X, which is due sometime in Q2 2024, with a RRP of $2,899. It sports a 34-inch curved MiniLED display with a 21:9 ultrawide QHD, which offers up a 3440x1440 resolution. Its refresh rate is slightly higher at 180 Hz and a 1ms response time. IT has two HDMI 2.0 ports and a 1.4 DisplayPort, along with two 5W speakers.

The Predator Z57 is the final screen announced and includes a massive 57 inch ultrawide display. That means its resolution comes in at a crazy 7680x2160, with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The wide 32:9 aspect ratio and 1000R curvature draw is made all the more impressive with the 1000 nit brightness on offer.

It offers up two HDMI 2.1 ports, perfect for current consoles and 1.4 DisplayPort, plus a pair of 10W speakers for audio direct from the screen.

Hopefully release windows and dates, along with prices are revealed for the other two soon, but there is no telling when they actually will.
