PlayStation has revealed the Hyperpop Collection

PlayStation have announced that a new range of console plates and controllers is coming, designed to add a pop of colour to your gaming setup. The Hyperpop Collection launches this March 12 and comes in three vibrant colours.
The line-up offers both a DualSense controller, along with a corresponding PlayStation 5 Slim cover, though there is nothing stopping you from getting two cover sets so you can have two colours on your console. They are only going to be limited release items, but there is no word on how limited that will actually be, I would imagine like other PlayStation 5 controllers, the limit would just be one or two runs and then done, but we will find out.
Local prices have not been confirmed, but I would estimate the controllers to be $134.95, same as their other special editions like Astro Bot and God of War. The cover plates I would put closer to $120, but when PlayStation Australia confirm, we will update.
The local price for the controller is $134.95, but PlayStation Australia have decided not to offer the cover plates here, so if you want to get those for yourself, you will need to import them.
“We’re cranking the volume all the way up with a collection that doesn’t just stand out, it takes over the room. Inspired by the glow of the RGB lights of your impressive gaming setups, these new colours go LOUD in the best possible way.”
Below is a look at the red, which they are calling Techno Red:
The green is being called Remix Green:
And finally, the blue is called Rhythm Blue, which seems fun.
