The expansion will deliver new characters for V to meet and an all new location that is set within Night City, but details beyond that are scarce. Something we do know is that the expansion is coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.

So that means if you are on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, any model, you do not get the expansion, which is a real kick in the teeth to folks who put up with the game in its horrible launch state. Even more so if you bought one of those Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X console bundles, which included all the DLC that the game was going to have created, post launch.
