Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac gets revealed
During the recent Nintendo Direct, Bandai Namco announced that Pac-Man is back, well again, as Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac is coming this September. Check out the reveal trailer for the game below.
Much like the first game, Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac is an enhanced edition of the game that first released back in 2002 and will let players take control of the iconic character. In the game there will be six unique worlds to explore, some nice and tranquil like a meadow, but others nice and dangerous like a volcano.
It would not be a Pac-Man title without those pesky ghosts and they are here as well, lead by their boss Spooky. But players won’t have to go at it alone, as the game will bring a couch co-op mode to the series for the first time in this release.
In fact, much like the first Re-Pac, this release will also feature gameplay updates, a full English voice track, new collectables to discover and more.
The game is set to release on September 26 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Digital pre-orders are open now for the Nintendo platforms and will open for the rest soon.
