Nintendo Switch Online updates its NES and SNES apps, finally bringing more games to members

In a ‘surprising move’ which is not surprising at all, Nintendo have updated their NES and SNES apps for Nintendo Switch Online members, adding two new games to the former and one to the latter.

The games added are interesting, NES owners haven’t had a decent update in a while, so getting two is welcome, but for SNES owners, getting Earthworm Jim 2 and not the first game seems weird.

Also, two additional games for the SNES app have been given SP boosts, Super Mario World and Punch-Out! now offer 100% save files, meaning you can enjoy the games, without having to slog through everything from the start, if you have already done that hard work before of course.
