Marvel Rivals will take players to Tokyo 2099 with the reveal of another map

NetEase Games and Marvel have released a new video for Marvel Rivals, their upcoming hero shooter, showing off Tokyo 2099, the second of the maps officially revealed, check it out.

While there was no gameplay shown off during the video, we do have a few little details, thanks to the official description.

In a future controlled by mega corporations like Alchemax, even Super Heroes have to move in the shadows. That is, until a massive rift in the threads of the Multiverse appears! With great power comes great responsibility and it's up to the Web-Warriors to save the Web of Life and Destiny. Let's hope they find friendly folks to help out, because their neighborhood got a whole lot bigger! Think you've got what it takes to survive the streets of Tokyo 2099?

This is the second map to be officially confirmed, after Yggsgard, you can check out that trailer below as well. Its existence is actually Asgard fused with Yggdrasill, the World Tree that connects all Ten Realms. While this has happened due to the Timestream Entanglement, it is not stoppingLoki, the God of Mischief, who is set to use all his tricks in order to seize control and build his new kingdom: Yggsgard.
