Life is Strange: Reunion has been announced and arrives this March
After teasing it was coming the other day, Square Enix have officially announced Life is Strange: Reunion, which brings Max back together with Chloe. The game is launching on March 26 and you can check out the announcement trailer below.
In this latest game, players will once again visit Caledon University, where Max Caulfield works as a photography teacher. Returning from a weekend away, Max finds her beloved Caledon ablaze, as a raging inferno destroys the hallowed grounds and ends the lives of Max’s friends, students and faculty alike. Max only escapes the devastation due to her Rewind power – returning from the original game – a supernatural ability that lets her reverse time. Max now has 3 days to find out how the fire began and any chance of preventing it from happening again.
Chloe’s return is a result of the ending of the previous game, Double Exposure and for the first time, players will be able to play as Chloe and Max. This dual approach will provide new viewpoints for events and let players discover more about each character and the story. Players will get to use Max’s rewind power but Chloe is not left wanting as she has the ability Backtalk. This lets Chloe use some quick wits, and take-no-prisoners attitude to sway key suspects – and go where Max can’t.
The game will be available on its own for $69.95, with pre-orders getting a bonus classic out fit pack. There are also few other ways to get it, these are those:
