Hogwarts Legacy slips an entire year in 2022
During the PlayStation 5 Reveal event, Hogwarts Legacy was announced by Warner Bros Games and since then, the game has been silent. Sadly, the first bit of news we have heard about the game, is that it is delayed and not just weeks or a month, but an entire year.

While you technically can’t say it was delayed, because it was never actually dated, they had announced that it was aiming for a 2021 release. Of course given the changing landscape of game development, due to the global pandemic, dates have been shifting on all fronts, so this is no surprise.
The fact that it was delayed from 2021 until 2022 could just mean it will release on January 1st, but more than likely it won’t. Still the promise of exploring Hogwarts and its surrounds is to tempting to pass up, so we are happy the developers are getting the time they need to make the game the best it can be.
