Well, we made it, the biggest month of the year, at least when it comes to gaming. Not only are there two console launches this month, but the normal November releases like Call of Duty are here and as much as it might suck to hear, thank goodness that Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed.

When it comes to releases, there are a lot, some are hitting before the new consoles, looking at most of the multiplatforms that are coming to PlayStation 5, so just be aware of that. If you are looking to pick up these games are a bargain price, there are plenty of deals to be had, check out our guides for Xbox Series X Day One Games and PlayStation 5 Day One Games, to score the best price.

If you were looking for accessories, we have guides for both all the first party options for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, though with the later, all current Xbox One devices will work, except for Kinect.

Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin combines side-scrolling action with deep crafting and rice cultivation. Players take on the role of Sakuna, a spoiled harvest goddess banished to a dangerous island with a group of outcast humans.

As she explores the beautiful, forbidding environments of the island, she will also find a home in a mountain village, proving herself worthy of her title by harvesting rice and bettering the lives of humans. In addition to being a fresh take on Japanese mythology and a love letter to action games, Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin is an ode to rice and an engrossing simulation of the craft behind the agriculture.


XIII is a remake of the cult first-person action game that was initially released in 2003. You play as “XIII”, a man without an identity, in a solo campaign with numerous twists and turns. Inspired by the eponymous graphic novel, the game features a completely reinvented and unique cel-shading design. In XIII, players can also take part in fierce multi-player fights.


Ichiban Kasuga, a low-ranking grunt of a low-ranking yakuza family in Tokyo, faces an 18-year prison sentence after taking the fall for a crime he didn't commit. Never losing faith, he loyally serves his time and returns to society to discover that no one was waiting for him on the outside, and his clan has been destroyed by the man he respected most.

Ichiban sets out to discover the truth behind his family's betrayal and take his life back, drawing a ragtag group of society’s outcasts to his side: Adachi, a rogue cop, Nanba, a homeless ex-nurse, and Saeko, a hostess on a mission. Together, they are drawn into a conflict brewing beneath the surface in Yokohama and must rise to become the heroes they never expected to be.
