Games of December 2025

Here we are, the final month of 2025 and the final games of the year. December is usually when the final dregs of games that just missed out on a November release arrive. What is really crazy is normally there is one, maybe two big releases but this time we have so many.
This month we have Marvel Cosmic Invasion, Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, Octopath Traveler 0 and Red Dead Redemption, plus games like Skate Story, Unbeatable and for Nintendo Switch 2 players, a host of Nintendo Switch 2 Editions.
As always, release dates are correct at the time of publication and links to the stores are standard editions where possible.
