Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! Zero is getting more DLC beginning this Winter

Bandai Namco have announced that Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! Zero is getting a lot of DLC beginning this Winter, with new characters, stages, modes and more.

Super 17, Bardock (Super Saiyan) and King Piccolo are the only confirmed characters, but more are expected.

In addition to the DLC announcement, the game will receive two free major updates. The first free update will include a new mode called “Mission 100”. It’s a solo mode featuring 100 battles with specific conditions for both your team and your opponents, similar to a mode that existed in DRAGON BALL Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Another free update coming this Autumn will add a “Survival Mode.”

The DLC will begin to arrive this Winter for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, for those players on Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch 2, they will begin to get the DLC from the Season Pass later in 2026, with additional content coming after that, but no specific details about when. That means the Hero of Justice Pack, Daima Pack 1 & 2 and the extra character pack.
