Cyberpunk Edgerunners gets an amazing new trailer, ahead of its September debut
Netflix, CD Projekt Red and Studio Trigger have released a new trailer for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, the all new anime that tells a new story, with new characters, set within the world of Cyberpunk 2077, check it out.
As far as plot goes, there isn’t a lot about it, we know the main characters name is Daniel, but that is really it. Here is the official synopsis as provided by Netflix.
The series tells a standalone, 10-episode story about a street kid trying to survive in Night City — a technology and body modification-obsessed city of the future. Having everything to lose, he stays alive by becoming an edgerunner — a mercenary outlaw also known as a cyberpunk.
As for the release, all episodes will drop on Netflix this September, but an exact date is not yet known.
