Avowed is coming to PlayStation 5 this February

Obsidian Entertainment have announced that on February 17, when the anniversary update for Avowed is released for Xbox Series X|S and PC, the game will also release onto PlayStation 5. The news came from the developers as they took part in the New Game+ Showcase, yeah I had never heard of it either, you can check out the part of the showcase below.

The anniversary content was known for a while, but this was first time that we got to see some of those changes, including a new 3rd person viewpoint.

As someone who really liked the game when it launched last year, I am excited to see what the update does for my enjoyment of the game, as not all New Game+ additions are great ones.

The game is available now on Xbox Series X|S and PC, with it coming to PlayStation 5 on February 17.
