As it was foretold, Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe is bringing a Wii classic to Switch

In a surprising move, Nintendo have announced that there is another Kirby game coming to Switch, this one however is not a small title, as Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe is a remake of the 2011 Wii game, check out the reveal trailer below.

One day, a mysterious spaceship crash-lands on Planet Popstar. To help the mysterious Magolor, Kirby and his friends set off on a captivating quest. When inhaling certain enemies, Kirby will gain access to a wide range of Copy Abilities – with the new Mecha Copy Ability making its debut.

The game supports up to 4 player co-op and for a first, each player can be Kirby, just as different colours, so everyone can enjoy all that Kirby can do.

Finally, there’s also a collection of subgames to play, including returning ones like Samurai Kirby and new ones like Magolor’s Tome Trackers.

The game is set to launch onto Switch on February 24, 2023.
