Ahsoke gets a trailer ahead of its release this August
Disney and Lucasfilm have released the first teaser trailer for Ahsoka, the latest Star Wars live action show which brings character from Rebels into live action and perhaps sets up the sequel trilogy, check it out.
Set after the fall of the Empire, “Ahsoka” follows the former Jedi knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy. The teaser trailer and poster are available to download. Like her taking up the mantel in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, Rosario Dawson will wear the mantrals once again.
In addition to Dawson, “Ahsoka” stars Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla.
The series is written by Dave Filoni, who executive produces alongside Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. Karen Gilchrist is co-executive producer.
Finally the show will begin on Disney+ this August, but an exact date is not yet known.
