A wave of classic Dungeons & Dragons games are returning after 25 years away

You might not know the name SNEG, as they were founded back in 2020, but their goal is simple take old games that don’t work on modern computers and make them work. The simple goal sounds easy, but it turns out there is more work involved than one might hope, but it means that when they have things to announce, they go big.

Later this month, SNEG will drop 8 classic Dungeons & Dragons games onto Steam and GOG, giving players a chance to relive some classic gaming memories, with some games being playable again for the first time in 25 years.

I’m an old D&D fan and It was always my dream to bring back all its video game classics . Back in 2015, I started making that dream come true by bringing the Gold Box titles back to gamers, and now we are continuing with this dream by bringing back another portion of classics to both GOG and Steam.
— Oleg Klapovskiy, Director at SNEG
