Time to go Pro with the new Logitech Pro X 60 Keyboard

Logitech have announced that the Logitech G brand has a new keyboard the Logitech G PRO X 60 LIGHTSPEED Gaming Keyboard. The new keyboard strips away the bulk of the keyboard and focuses only on what a gamer needs.

The keyboard is around 60% smaller than the standard G913, which is something that a lot of professional gamers are starting to enjoy more and more, as its easier to carry to events, but also means more space for mouse movements.

This is not the first keyboard to slim itself down, but it is the only one to include Keycontrol, here is what Logitech say about this new tech.

KEYCONTROL was developed to broaden the keyboard’s capabilities beyond that of a standard full-sized keyboard. A user-friendly tool enabled in GHUB, KEYCONTROL grants players significantly more customisation options by allowing them to assign up to 15 functions per key and tailor their keyboard to their unique style. When combined with G-SHIFT, an advanced feature that players can assign to almost any button (like a mouse side button to an action), players can activate the new layer of keys and get quick access to any key or command directly under their left hand and WASD keys, or any other programmable key on the keyboard. This means the missing critical keys are right where you need them, ensuring lightning-fast access to essential commands and propelling gamers to victory.

The keyboard itself features many of features common to the Lightspeed keyboards, so GX Optical switches, Dual-shot PBT keycaps, Lightsync RBG Lighting and such.

The keyboard will be up for pre-order soon, with the RRP for $399.95 and comes in three colours, Black, White and Pink.
