BlizzCon is returning and heading back to the Anaheim Convention Center

Due to a small thing called Covid-19, many events have either cancelled or transitioned to digital only and BlizzCon was one of the latter ones. However after being cancelled last year in its entirety, the show is set to return this November.

The show will take place over two days, November 3 and 4 in Anaheim, California or if you are someone who can’t attend in person, it will be online starting in the early hours of the 4th and 5th, because you know time zones.

Here is a little about why Blizzard are excited for the show to return.

Our players are at the heart of what makes BlizzCon great–a place where games are the common ground for connection and friendship. Whether you’re coming to hang out with friends you only ever get to see online, celebrating epic moments in the games we love, exploring what’s on offer in the convention center halls, or eager to learn what’s next for our universes, BlizzCon is being created for you. It’s the community that has always made this event so special, and we can’t wait to see you all again.

Details about tickets, competitions, cosplay rules and such will be revealed next month, but if you are someone who knows they will go, hotels can be booked now.

Check out the wrap up video to see what happened at the last in person event in 2019. Though, just don’t get too excited about anything Overwatch 2 in the video, given the recent news.
