A new way to experience Warcraft approaches in Arclight Rumble

Warcraft Arclight Rumble has been revealed, a new mobile game from Blizzard studios, set in the Warcraft universe. Check out the announcement trailer for the game below.

Warcraft Arclight Rumble invites players to build armies with their favourite heroes and villains from Warcraft and battle it out in tactical scenarios. Over 60 characters from across the Warcraft universe will be in the game, all brought to life with sculpted tabletop miniatures.

You build your forces from collections of minis, starting with the armies’ Leaders. These include, Grommash Hellscream and Jaina Proudmoore, and we would expect to see the likes of Thrall and Tyrande Whisperwind as well.

The game focuses on single-player as well as cooperative play and PvP. Over 70 missions are currently confirmed for the single-player campaign, as well as dungeons and co-operative raids to take on for more demanding content.

Pre-registration for the Warcraft Arclight Rumble is available currently, via either their office website, or the Google Play store for Android users. You’ll need to have either a 6S or up to play on iOS or a S7 or equivalent phone to play on Android.

If you want to get a glimpse of the game in action, check out this preview trailer for it.

This marks Blizzard’s second foray into the mobile gaming market. With Diablo Immortal slated for a simultaneous mobile and PC Beta round in June, it is interesting that they are already working on a second project. No concrete date is in place for the first round Beta access for Warcraft Arclight Rumble as of yet, but based on the release schedule of the year, a tentative guess would be sometime in Q4 2022, which is looking a little light on content.
