3rd Eye Studios has announced that Downward Spiral: Horus Station will release on PC, on May 31st, with the PlayStation 4 release to happen sometime in the Winter months. The game will feature full VR support on either platform.
Celebrating this news, the developer has released their next dev diary, which explores the games groundbreaking locomotion system and narrative-first design philosophy.
“Downward Spiral: Horus Station represents our dream of how immersion, interactivity, and storytelling can combine into a cohesive whole,” said Gregory Louden, Lead Designer of 3rd Eye Studios. “We’d like to combine the thought-provoking mysteries of sci-fi classics like 2001: A Space Odyssey and Solaris and combine it with the moody, immersive and interactive atmosphere.”
